I think we should turn the current forums chatbox into a shoutbox (At the top of the forum). It would be greatly more useful. for one no one goes into the chat box, with a shoutbox which almost every forum has you are automatically in it. It could be used for just chatting about stuff or even used if somebody needs an admin to quickly call one. Only downside to it could be the lack of activity on the fourms, not the most active one out there (only rarely people post).
