THIS IS NOT A APP! This is a request to nominate/suggest another player!

I do not know if this the best place to post this or not, but I thought it fits...

I was wanting to know if we could nominate other players?

Example: I would like to nominate my brother Mr.Freerf , who has been on your server as long if not longer than I have, is more active than I am, and who gets along well with acid and others to be an admin. 

If anyone agrees, they can reply with either + or - to the idea.

This would move one of the admins to ask the player (in this case Mr.freer) to put in an app. 

Again sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but I thought it was appropriate.

If he wants admin he'll make his own app
