Donator Abuse: Super Sand Lesbian

Massive RDM and NLR breaking. I've tried becoming a sheriff so I could arrest him, but every time he gets released he continues to RDM.
I've tried demoting to keep him from RDMing, but he just finds another job that spawns him in with a weapon.
He's just blatantly here to RDM. A demote from Donator classes would be great.

If I see him on I will talk to him. Also, can you give a steam ID, and maybe some evidence?
